@hillfarmstead E, mashing the fuck out.

My previous complaint was that this was top dry (b2) bit god damn it if that hasn’t been remedied. While still inferior to Ann and even Anna, this is a different take on the ba farmhouse catalog. Some will say that the galaxy dry hop adds that complexity to the barrel and I would agree but respectfully demur to the idea that this is in line with traditional farmhouse offerings. But stop fingering your cock, this is just plain delicious, let’s be honest.

The creamy mouthfeel is that same VT orange Julius you are anticipating but the ph and dry aspects have been tamed in favor of an oaky complexity, them French woods giving tickers American woods, nomsayin.

The acidic mandarin oranges have a yeasty back bone, it sublimates into a grapefruit and Riesling sweetness. The most noteworthy feature is the bitterness on the finish, taking it in the realm of a De Ranke xx with an identity crisis that works.

Sure it isn’t flora or Ann, but fuck you and your standards. This is still an exceptional saison well worth your consideration in between episodes of Burn Notice.

ALCHEMY HOUR WAS BETTER

PSYCHE

same shit. Both legit Dipas, albeit a bit too sticky and resinous with a heft to the mouthfeel that prevents long term crush session. Sick grinds. In the same vein as that sticky honey and malt coating that helps those alphas acids hang around. Some love that, it doesn’t affect me one way or another .

This brewery is consistently bad ass though, like you need old ddb to tell you that.

Upright barrel aged Seven with Brett. 168 bottle release mushing tips up on that top 50 saison swag.

Upright has been going in on every release lately.

Hot 16s, sick musky drop , bitter meets pithy citrus acidity. That complexity that rivals straight Wallonia offerings, not too tart, awesome Brett B and restrained wild profile that comes across like tangerines and muddled grapefruit flesh.

There is a reason this is on them top saison lists, not a bastardized AWA fronting with a heater. This is a lightly lactic hitter that has bodies on the piece. Creamy mouthfeel, not exceedingly dry, but not necessarily estery either.

Again, just a staggeringly good saison. This straddles the old and the new world and rubs it’s little eraser raw on the farmhouse bedpost.

It is good , like a 9th grade cyber sesh good. You print out the AIM logs and cum again later, that good.

@SanteAdarius Always in Life, the most ballerest, bone dry, Juiciest tripel I have ever had.

151 bottles. Sara cellar reserve members only. Bitch tickers disallowed. Invites withheld.

I groaned at the prospect of a rum barrel tripel. I had nightmares and ba 5 golden rings and curieux in my head, then this shit drops.

Intensely dry, light tartness and a molasses pineapple along the gum line. Fairly ester forward profile at mid range temps but presents a depth unparalleled by any other offering in the style . I would opine super saison but this is distinctly like a baller ass Westmalle with more complexity and a lactic profile that seems off style but zero fuxxxxx because it is essentially the best tripel I have ever had.

I lose credibility when I drop mad compliments on a brewery, homerism charges fly, all that shit; but this is fantastic. Call it bias or whatever the fuck. I will be here copping my dreeze.

@santeadairius Cask 200 On Strawberry, my fraises are so juicy

First ale apoth and now this. Jesus. Just staggeringly good, like I now walk with an affected gait.

It’s like if Elsa from Frozen just got stick strawberry juice everywhere. Berry that goes beyond the olfactory, a juiciness that lingers and doesn’t kick in too much acidity, as a result an intense farmhouse musk but with a great fruit character .

Nose is straight farmers market , tongue kissing with fruit roll up mouth, biscuity lactic body that is turbid and messy, but awesome through out.

This 750 ml disappeared. No regrets.DLL.

Highly recommended. Perhaps one of the best Sara offerings to date
