I mean, it works well enough, but probably won’t run anything of consequence for the modern consumer.
Everyone was all jazzed for Hopsaint in Torrance. My reaction was shouldershrug.ascii
It’s fine but nothing to go all blue screen hexadecimal over. The pale is solid and everything else is largely forgettable.
The beers were clean and simple, nothing to write home about. The $10 for brussel sprouts and egg at a bar, that’s some MacBook Pro status pricing few would support.

they have potential but food price makes me think they already see themselves as “gourmet” or high quality.
Damn, if that sampler tray doesn’t scream “we’re artisanal / gourmet / fancy / full-of-ourselves” then I don’t know what does.
thats my concern. they are angling right for that market without making anything worthy of it yet. when i went it felt like a cash grab.
