Holy damn, my Uli cherry has been properly shattered. This is distinctively drie to the fullest, intensely musky and orange rind scissoring with a compost funk and tartness akin to doesjel. It isn’t intensely acidic but leads with an earthy foot and oakiness than lingers lovingly.
I think this was one of 85 bottles so, seek this out, or go land zomer and Herfst. You don’t even give a fuck, let’s be honest.
