Papier is a bit muddled and sweet still solid but getting sloppy
Coton is good, a bit oxy but awesome barrel.
Cuir and fruet are prime right now and bois is a bit sweet and needs a few months to relax.

Vegetables? I would say its more saccharine and oxidation than a leafy green but palates gonna palate

Fruet was the standout for me. Did you try the smoked lager? Smoked salmon to the dome
