I heard from two impartial pdx sources that el cuatro is somehow even better than sahalie. Again, we need to talk. I would commission a video review for these beers. Where has ale apothecary been? How have I been so blind?
Ale Apothecary wasn’t that great to start with imo. They are great now that things are dialed in. I’ve heard El Cuatro isn’t as good as Sahalie, but shows a lot of promise.
