Amazing cherry profile with light oak and vanilla underpinnings, reminds me a lot of Caracterie Rouge, held up beautifully and made old Growth seem like a nail polish removing mess.

I prefer ToI to this but still an incredible coffee forward splishy splasher. Light body but with a dominating coffee presence that feels like a modded Everett with a huge spoiler on it, I almost prefer just to keep it stock. Still a solid beer and highly drinkable albeit light acidity from the coffee. Morning beverages.
