No carb, kinda weird merlot tannic aspect. Not sure…if intentionally soured at the outset. The pitted fruits have this weird astringency on the finish like hooker spit.

Two years of failed attempts at recreating the magic that was original Three Guys led to this (wasn’t intentional). At least you got your ‘Sour Old Ale’ tick out of the way.
