Alpine Brewing Chez Monus, BeerAdvocate has my permission to use this photo since their listing has a completely incorrect photo.

Trying to throw them a bone since their site runs like a Geocities page and crashes regularly these days.

Also, this beer is acidic, hugely drying, Riesling oak and apricots banging on those toms like Neal Peart.

Prickly carb cascades along the gumline and this is the dirty love child of foune and veritas 011. This is their best intentional sour to date and is altogether a resounding success. The sharp acidity dials back the drinkability, but it’s like when you fap and the video still has 10 mins to go, you can keep going. For science.

If you haven’t already, seek this out. A fantastic wild ale, I had the same expectations you do and it pounded them into apricot dust.

Tustin Brewing Barrel aged OE, nipples erect, clapping stacks, limit break Barleywine

20140108-185806.jpg

So awesome. I could drink this forever.

I was gonna do a bcbbw side by side then lol’ed and was like wtf is wrong with me and continued playing Secret of Mana on my phone.

Cray barrel character, toffee, sticky dates, E and J kisses from nana where she gives you that werthers original smooch. Mallow foam and this tight low carb that engages the core for a full squat no swing set, deep press, good ba form.

Modern Times Saison in a can, them rustic purveyors gon be mad

20140108-163918.jpg

Incredibly thin and crushable, albeit lacking complexity and a reliance upon a hoppy profile that muddles the yeast profile and essentially robs it of depth and complexity. If you said this was a dry hopped Belgian table ale I would nod and call you a cicerone master.

Saison training wheels for them 2013 hop head palates in that adolescent stage. Listening to Lorde and talking about the old days when Cherry Rye was released.
