Dark Horse where the wild things macerate. Thin crisp and tannic like that funky Buddha raspberry Berliner, nose is all sweet laffy taffy, taste is the secret abandoned child of Rosé de Gam and Ffac. Good stuff, not earth shattering.

I was expecting a lactose sweet cloying sugar bomb but they floored me. Sticky and vanilla but slick light mouthfeel with Dr. pepper and Barq’s underpinnings just letting that boozy caramel dance on the oak.

Seek this out, they nailed it with this one. Not many offerings I can liken it to, perhaps Event horizon but more substantial and aged longer on that bourbon holding cell.

Been getting emails about the new batch of Pediobear. This one is aged on kiwis instead of persimmons. I don’t know when it will be ready, you’ll have to stroke it to pics until then
