Holy hell, I must include this in saison week. Crisp, dry Chardonnay aspect, pear and Granny Smith apple skin meets light hay and yard clippings funk. Highly recommended.

This is pretty amazing for a home brew. Resinous and citrus forward with a creamy mouthfeel. Please note: this is NOT Pliny the Elder.
