If only I had an opulent ten gallon mash tun, or even a rim system, then I would be in business. Because that’s what giving back to the craft community means, buying more expensive Homebrew equipment. Better equipment = more nuanced brown ales.

Looks like the punch they would serve at one of my cousins funeral receptions. I know it can get frustrating but youll slowly begin to get better and more consistent brewing results. i think your biggest problem is you just need to take a step back and realize you should stop trying to impress everyone with your so called expertise and just keep it simple so you can grow your skills
Your posts are full of sarcastic deflection and it makes you seem insecure…one of my nephews is going through this same phase right now. Jr. high has been tough for him and he’s been feeling down. I guess Ive been talking too long now so I’ll head off…better get back to work anyways
