That notorious 2013 latex has metabolized off and tastes more akin to the faded ass alpha hops in something like the grassiness of a 2010 Grat. The rest of the beer is phenomenal, caramel and bright lemon grass melds nicely with Belgian esters and a jazz apple finish.
